Key Responsibilities and Skills
What You’ll Do As a Client Account Manager, you’ll be at the helm of client success, driving SmartPA’s growth and impact. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing partnerships that unleash potential for our clients and our business alike.

Build & Nurture Relationships
Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across client organisations.
Represent SmartPA as a strategic partner, always anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
Deliver Results That Matter
Lead monthly service reviews, presenting compelling success stories and data that showcase measurable value to clients.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, client satisfaction, and continued success.
Identify & Drive Growth
Proactively identify opportunities within your client portfolio to upsell and cross-sell tailored solutions.
Consistently exceed revenue targets while delivering meaningful outcomes for clients.
Stay Ahead of the Curve
Provide insights and recommendations that help clients navigate industry trends and challenges.
Ensure SmartPA’s solutions stay relevant, innovative and aligned with client goals.
Experience
About You You’re not just a strategist – you’re a builder, a problem-solver and a connector. Here’s what we’re looking for:
A passion for redefining what great PA and administration services look like.
A proven track record in consultative account management or B2B sales, with 3–5 years of experience in growing client accounts and securing new business.
A self-starter mentality: you thrive in entrepreneurial environments where you can manage your own workload with confidence.
Exceptional communication and social skills, with a knack for turning insights into impactful solutions.
Enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine desire to help clients succeed.
What You’ll Need Essential:
Demonstrable experience inaccount management and/or B2B sales and securing new business and growing existing accounts.
A consultative approach to building and growing client relationships.
Proven ability to manage the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding through to pitch and proposal delivery.
Desirable:
People management experience
Experience in the BPO market would be advantageous
